I can offer you a set package of help:
A package is often the most cost effective and popular way of paying for consultations and receiving full on-going support. Fine tuning what you are doing to help your dog is quite common, so I would highly recommend that you go for the package from the outset (and there is a discount offered for you to do so). There is no extra charge for multiple dogs provided they live in the same home.
I am more than happy to talk to you about tailoring an individual
specialist package that is right for you and your dog.
You can, should you wish, choose to purchase the initial consultation and the written Behavioural Modification Plan alone for £105 including one month support.
You could also decide to add any number of additional months on-going support for £15 per month and additional visits for £30 per visit.
I am sure that together we can tailor a bespoke package suitable for your individual needs and budget as part of our initial telephone conversation or meeting. Again, there is no extra charge for multiple dogs provided they live in the same home.
I will send you a questionnaire to complete before my visit to gather information about your dog's history and the problem you are experiencing. I will then visit you (and any family involved in the dog's care) and your dog in your home. This initial consultation usually lasts approximately 3 hours. It takes time to get to know you, your family and your dog or dogs. During this time I will find out as much as I can about your routines, the dog's history and background.Their health issues and their behavioural problems. Before I leave you I will give you a hand-written note detailing a brief Action Plan - the things I want to you to concentrate.I will then prepare a detailed Behaviour Modification Plan that includes a summary of the problem/s together with a short analysis of why this might be happening as well as my recommendations for changing the behaviour in future. This will normally be sent to you within 3 days of my visit. I will support you for a minimum of one month while you introduce the actions included in my plan.
My charge for this service is £105.
I will arrange with you specific times to telephone, Face Time or Skype you at your convenience to check on your progress working on the action plan. I will also be available to you for additional advice and support from 9am until 7pm, 7 days a week by telephone or Skype for one month after you receive your Behaviour Modification Plan. Email support is unlimited.
My charge for this service is £15.
You can purchase additional support for three months at a small discount on the monthly price.
My charge for this service is £40.
I recommend an additional visits to your home just to ensure you are following the plan correctly. It is very easy to reward at the wrong time and perhaps inadvertantly reinforce another unwanted behaviour. Phone calls and emails are effective but sometimes seeing you perform the actions can make all the difference. The second or any number of subsequent visits can be to your home, to a training ground, to where you walk your dog or I could accompany you to the vet's office depending on the issue you want to resolve.
My charge for additional visits is £30 plus a contribution to my mileage costs (40p per additional mile over 20) should you be more than 20 miles away from my home.
Help with training on an hourly basis is also available for £25 for the first hour (including my travel) and £20 for subsequent hours.
I cover mainly the Andover, Amesbury, Salisbury, Stockbridge, Winchester area as I am based near the Wiltshire/Hampshire Border. However, I am also happy to travel to Newbury and Swindon and all surrounding villages. Please call if in doubt.
